Article 1 Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the basic rights, obligations, and responsibilities between StyleAI Inc. (the "Company") and users regarding the use ofthe services provided by the Company.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Member" means a user who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

• "Content" means any data, images, text, videos or materials uploaded, generated, or used through the Service.
• "Input" means any prompts, images, data or materials provided by the user to generate Output.
• "Output" means any results generated by the Service based on Input.
• "Account" means a registered user account used to access the Service.

Article 3 Content and User Role

3.1 User Role

Users are expected to ensure that any Content or Input they provide does not violate applicable laws or infringe on the rights of third parties.

3.2 Ownership

Users retain ownership of their Content and Input.

3.3 Use of Service Data

The Company may collect and use technical and usage data to operate, improve, and secure the Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.4 Data Protection

The Company takes reasonable measures to protect user data. Users are also encouraged to manage and protect their own account information appropriately.

3.5 Rights and Permissions

Users should ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any Input or Content used in the Service.

3.6 Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed, the Company may use the user's brand name and logo for service marketing purposes.

Article 4 Service Availability

The Service is generally available at all times. However, temporary interruptions mayoccur due to maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Article 5 Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, data may beretained for a certain period in accordance with Company policy before deletion.

Article 6 Data Retention

• Free / Individual Plan: up to 90 days after account termination
• Enterprise Plan: up to 1 year after account termination

Article 7 Payment and Refund Policy

• Monthly Plan
  - Payments are non-refundable after billing
  - Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle

• Annual Plan
  - Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  - No refund after 14 days

Article 8 Scope of Use and Responsibility

8.1 General

The Company does not directly control all user-provided Content or Inputs within the Service. Users may be responsible, under applicable laws, for issues arising from the Contentor Input they provide.

8.2 AI-Generated Output

The Service provides AI-generated Output based on user-provided Input.

In certain cases, issues related to Output may arise depending on how the Input isprovided or how the Output is used, including:

(i) where the issue originates from user-provided Input;

(ii) where the Output is modified, edited, or adapted by the user;

(iii) where the Output is combined with third-party materials;

(iv) where applicable laws, platform policies, or guidelines are not sufficientlyconsidered.

Users are encouraged to review and make informed decisions regarding how Outputis used.

The Company does not actively monitor or verify all Inputs or Outputs generated through the Service.

8.3 Characteristics of Output

AI-generated Output may vary depending on Input and generation conditions, andmay not always meet specific expectations or requirements.

Users are encouraged to review and assess the suitability of Output before using it in production, distribution, or commercial contexts.

8.4 Intellectual Property and Publicity

Output may include elements that are subject to third-party rights such as intellectual property or publicity rights.

Additional review may be appropriate, particularly where:

(i) Input includes identifiable individuals or protected content;

(ii) Output is used in manufacturing, samples, or commercial distribution such as e-commerce.

8.5 Commercial Use and Compliance

When using Output for commercial purposes, users should consider applicable laws and platform policies.

This may include requirements such as labeling or disclosing AI-generated content where necessary.

Users are encouraged to ensure appropriate compliance based on their specific usecase.

Users are expected to follow applicable safeguards and guidelines provided within the Service.

8.6 Exception

Nothing in this Article limits liability in cases of willful misconduct or material breachby the Company.

8.7 Third-Party AI Services

The Service may rely on third-party AI services, including those provided by Google.

Such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Article 9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall besubject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.

Supplementary Provision

This Terms of Service is effective from April 1, 2026
